Working in International Organizations

ALCIM is an active member of leading international standardization organisations. The objective is to assure that our solutions work in compliance with international standards. There are huge advantages for companies, as the widespread adoption of international standards means that suppliers can base the development of their products and services on specifications that have wide acceptance in their sector.

As an active member of POSC CAESAR we are participating in the Intelligent Data Sheet (IDS) Project which aims to facilitate Integrated Operations (IO) by developing neutral product models to support data exchange and integration based on ISO 15926.

POSC CAESAR (www.posccaesar.com) has been very active in initiating the IDS project which develops reference data and product models for data sheets based on ISO 15926. The project also focuses on collaborative work processes. ALCIM is a member of the IDS Steering Committee.
